Whoever left the “incompetent employees” review must’ve been having a really bad day. I just worked with Eileen (spelling?) and she was SO AMAZING! So gentle, so kind. Beyond helpful. Didn’t hesitate to answer any of my questions, super knowledgeable and the sweetest lady! Keep it up, Eileen!

I am very impressed with the employees at this gift shop. I overheard a few phone calls, where they each talked the person through how to customize a gift for their loved one in the hospital, and even offered to send pictures to their phones etc so the customer could be a part of it. Eileen helped me and she was so kind and compassionate. The only negative I can say is that things seem super overpriced. Which seems to add insult to injury for those of us with loved ones in the hospital. But otherwise, wonderful, inviting place
